Email to support@postally.ca is received in our Google Workspace mailbox and is first read by an AI assistant from Anthropic, which sees your message and your earlier messages in the same email thread and any replies a person at Postally sent you in it (not our assistant's own earlier replies), images of any image or PDF attachments (never for accounts marked as handling health information, or for senders at such an account's email domain) and a summary of your account (company name, design and campaign names, open support requests, counts, statuses and amounts; no recipient details) and may reply for us. For accounts marked as handling health information, and for senders at such an account's email domain, it does not see the replies a person at Postally sent.
